This mod adds more features to how burglars work in the Sims 2. Now they won't make ghosts and zombies run away, but can make apartment neighbours and employees run away. Also, they are unable to make apartment neighbours and employees run away. Burglars try to make ghosts and zombies run away which doesn't make any sense. Burglars don't get an extra chance to avoid the car alarm if the vehicle is outside and happens to be a helicopter. Now only sims who are actually visible on the lot will be considered. I found out that the burglar also considers the presence of off-lot sims while determining to appear.
UPDATE 2: Burglars won't consider the presence of magical assistants, the therapist or social bunny any more.
